A guide for the Newbies.
Well firstly, hello to the world of vaping, you’re going to love
it. We understand that when you’re new to vaping everything seems confusing.
Tanks, coils, sub-ohm, clearomizers, mods, and vape juice these words
don’t have the same old meaning in this industry. There’s a big chance that
because you feel like you know nothing, you want to quit being a part of it.
We don’t want you to end this fun ride before even starting it.
So, in this article, we are going to discuss all the things that a newbie needs
to know to stay in this fast-growing world of vaping. Now, we are going to help
you learn.
How Does It Work?
This is the thought that comes to a
newbie’s mind before any other and it’s very much valid because knowing nothing
makes you ask these questions.
The question is pretty simple but
the answer is not. The brief answer to this question is that the tank of a
vaping device holds the e-liquid that you like and the cotton wicks inside
absorb the juice.
Now when you turn on your device,
the coil in the tank heats up and that heat causes the juice to evaporate, and
you inhale the vapours.
Let’s have a look at the more
in-depth so the working depends on a variety of different aspects such as
·
The type of device
·
What tank your device is outfitted
with
·
The type of coils.
Let’s talk about these, one by one.
The Device:
An e-cigarette or a similar easy to use the device is used at
first. An e-cigarette or a vape pen are very easy to use devices. These have
simple systems that convert your e-liquid to vapour. Now we have many different
types of e-cigarettes, vape pens and vape pods.
The device consists of
- The
atomizer:
which further has 3 types the clearomizer, glassomizer, and cartomizer. - The
battery:
A battery is responsible to provide the power needed for the device to heat up. - A
mouth-piece:
From which we inhale the vapours - A
charger:
To charge the battery for more use.
The battery is what powers the device, it is the longest part of
your device. Then comes the atomizer, this is where your e-liquids are placed
to be heated until they produce vapour. This part is attached to the battery.
Then comes the mouthpiece, this is the part that you draw the vapour from and
attaches to the heating chamber. The charger comes separate from the pen
itself, this is usually a micro USB and is used to charge your vape pen’s
battery.
Tank:
Before
deciding the tank, we need to know what a tank is, so the tank is the part that
holds the wick, the heating coil, and the e-juice.
The Tank is
commonly known to be the most important part of your device. While looking for
a tank you are going to find many different to choose from but they all
function in the same way.
They hold
the e-juice you love and then feed that juice either by cotton or wick to the
coil which heats the juice to the point of vapour.
For a
newbie, a tank choice will always be completely based on a tank that has more
volume than anything else. Nowadays, the most popular ones are glass
sub-ohm vape tanks.
The reason
is that they last longer and save you money because a plastic tank needs
replacement once it starts to break-down.
Coil:
Tanks and coils are both necessary for each other. Like we have read above that tanks
have different variation now when we’re talking about coils, it is pretty much
the same. Coils come in a variety of types from stainless steel to ceramic.
The coil’s
life runs out over time and then it needs to be replaced or otherwise there
will be dry hit, flavour imbalance and other issues.
Replacing
coils, especially in this time, is not hard, but it’s more of a personal choice
that how you want to replace them. Some experienced vapers desire to use
rebuildable coils that they make themselves. Others prefer buying new coils and
exchange them out when necessary because that’s time-saving and convenient.
When the
amount and taste of the vapour aren’t the same as it was when you started using
it. My friend, its time to change the coil. Most coils are replaced by the plug
and play action and some are the ones you need to screw on.
